Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.
I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.
I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.
I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.
I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'
anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.
Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.
I will add mine starting june 30th.

I have been stuck at 315 for 2 weeks! No more! I accept your challenge to lose 10 pounds by July 31.

1. Increase the miles I run each week by 0.25 miles a week until I reach 3.00 miles, which should be at the end of this challenge (this week's scheduled runs will be 2.25 miles each). On Saturdays, I will add an extra mile to my designated distance for the week.
2. Be more diligent about sticking with weight training!
