does anyone here use leslie sansone's 4 mile super challenge?

I use this. I love it. I used it over 3 years ago also when I wanted to drop some weight and it worked great. (Went from 150 to 122). I ate right, did that every day (because its not too intense, I didn't see it being a problem doing it every day). I love it!
I haven't used that one but love Leslie Sansone. That's how I lost weight originally was by doing her walking tapes every night. I too lost about 20 pounds. Unfortunately, I'm back up but that's all due to not eating right and not exercising at all. Funny how that matters! :)
But I am recommitted to walking and am starting again this evening.
I love this workout too! its fun and i break quite the sweat!
