hey everyone, I'm 14 male.
I weight about 135 and 5.6 my goal weight is about 115
if anyone around my weight and height wishes to join me in my adventure that would be nice!
Why such a low weight goal? It is literally on the border between healthy and not. Why not shoot for something a tad bit higher?
haha my scene hair has to go with tight pants and small shirts. peer pressure I know...

For young people in your situation 'dieting' is not advisable because it can compromise your development in a lot of ways. You've got about seven more years to go before your body is finished growing and many teens will gain a little weight right before a growth spurt. Would be a pity to end up a few inches short your whole life for the sake of some tight pants and wanting to be one of the herd......
So rather than dieting, go with a healthier diet. If you're not sure what that looks like this website has some excellent information. http://www.eatwell.gov.uk/agesandstages/teens / Talk to whoever it is in your house that buys the groceries and/or cooks the meals and ask them to include more vegetables and fresh fruit in the mix, for example, and to leave the crisps and biscuits on the shelf. Water is a better drink than sodas. Wholemeal bread is more filling & nutritious than white. Another good move is to learn to cook.... People who are reliant on processed foods and takeaways tend to be heavier adults than those who can cook simple meals from fresh.
And as well as your healthier diet, be as active as possible. An hour a day of anything at all is a good target. Strong, active bodies with plenty of muscle are generally slimmer-looking (if not actually lighter) than inactive ones.

hey! i have almost the same goal. i'm 5'2 and i weigh 120. my goal weight is between 110-115. oh and i'm a girl. lol
You are still growing eat a sensible diet and you will be fine. Eat, not too much, mostly vegetables and you will be fine. I am a body conscious **** so I understand the need to be thin. DO NOT eat fast food learn how to cook so you can eat a healthy balanced diet and feel good. I eat about 2400 cal a day. Yes I know it is alot of food but its alll good stuff out of my kitchen. I also drink about 100 oz of water a day. This is the best advice I can give you so listen up. Fat sticks to fiber so eat plenty of veggis and water pushes everything out and cleans your system drink plenty of it!
Moderate exercise builds lean muscle tissue with out building bulk. The more lean muscle tissue you have the more calories you burn. Even if you are lazy do the better than nothing work out 20 push ups and 2 sets of 20 crunches a night. If you do 2 sets of 20 crunches a night you will have a six pack into your 30s I do!
