Anyone want to form a 5lbs down in September Club? (GROUP CLOSED... sorry!)
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone wants to form a club to motivate each other to lose five lbs by September 30. We'd weigh in on Saturdays and Wednesdays (for accountability at the weekend and midweek). Stick to our net calorie goals and commit to exercise six days a week with 2-3 sessions of weight training.
Let me know!

PS I had to close the group... getting way too big. Good luck everyone!
Ladies, we're going for a minimum of five. But it has to be done healthily -- the goal is to keep it off!

post on the night of sat 1st sept. with your saturday starting weight and write down what you did for exercise and whether or not you stuck to your calorie goals.
good luck all... remember, five is a very reasonable goal. "healthy" could be up to eight. let's try for no more, and no less, so we know we're doing this right.
I am going to aim to stick to 1400 calories a day and walking 15 miles a week to lose my September poundage.
How are you all going to do it?
Good luck everyone!

Also, the highest deficit I can have is 600 each day. Which, if I do perfectly for 4 weeks straight, I can lose up to 4.8lbs. So... yeah.. not quite 5lbs.
