Welcome! I've been actively using the CC site for almost 1 year now. You will find a lot of support here. It helps if you include a little about yourself in the profile so that others can get to know you. Also I've found that the journals can help alot as others can give you advise/support or just a shoulder to cry on if/when it's needed. It also helps to read others' journals to help you realize that you are not in this alone. We are all having the same bad days/good days etc.

I'm usually shy too but just now I've post like a crazy! hahaha I've put more of my weight since I've moved to NZ, is not NZ fault off course...! I love it here BTW! anyway I'll be around from now on so hope to see you!

If you click on the person's name it will take you to their profile page. At the top across from the name is a link to add buddy. Just click on that to add that person to your freinds.
