LOCKED TOPIC

Anyone want to join me to lose 10 lbs before Christmas?

So long story short.

I got diagnosed with anorexia around a year ago weighing in at around 98lbs at 5.2'5.

Broke up with partner and moved in with my mum, getting away from my ED causing problems.

Found amazing new man and have beaten my ED.

Problem now is that I have gotten awful eating habits and am now weighing in at 124lbs.

I'd like to be back down to a healthy 110lbs by Xmas.

Who wants to join me?

:)

you and i are the same exact person! i'm 5'2" and my lowest weight was around 95...now i'm up to around 112-115 and i'd like to get down to below 110 by the time my boyfriend gets home from studying abroad, dec 19th. i will join you!

You both need help and it is not how to loose weight, it is how to stay at a healthy weight and your range is towards the low end of BMI and you really need to be in the upper end.  I know this because I am at the same height and weigh well over 200.

Please seek professional advice about your weight concerns and not this site.  You are feeding on each other about how to stay underweight.  I say this out of friendship, love and concern.

Take care and God Bless.

5'2" and 110 is a 17.9 BMI -- underweight.

5'2" and 123 is a 22. BMI -- absolutely healthy.

I am a little surprised that two recovered anorexics (and much like alcoholics,  it's something you will always have to be aware of), would strive for weights that fall into an unhealthy BMI range.  This is how the spiral into anorexia and EDs happens.

Instead of focusing on some mythical number, focus on healthy eating.  And enough of it.

I am locking this thread, not only because it violates the PGs, but also because I don't wish to encourage any more members to get to unhealthy weights.
