Anyone want to join me and lose 6 lbs by Feb 29?

Anyone want to join me? I thought it would be a good idea to set a small goal for myself so I can stay on track for my overall goal and try and lose 6 lbs by the end of Feb. Currently I weigh 175.8 and if I lose 6 lbs by the end of Feb that would put me in the 160's!!!! I haven't been there in a LONG time. I thought we would start tomorrow with the first weigh in and then post our weights every Monday, then our final weight Feb 29 which is a Friday. Also put your height, current weight and starting weight.

I would love to join as well. I have gone between 130 and 135 for quite a few months now. I want to finally go below 130!

Height: 5'3"

Starting weight: 134 lbs

Current weight: 134 lbs

Target by 2/29: 128lbs 

Goal weight: somewhere in the 120s

I'm in for the challenge...I just broke into the 150s after staggering in the 160s forever!  I would like to break into 140s by March 1st...so this goal would get me moving in the right direction!  I just had a baby about 4mos. ago so I am really trying to get my baby weight OFF plus the extra pounds I was carrying around as well.

 

Height: 5'4

Starting Weight: 179

Current Weight: 159

Goal Weight: 130-135

I'm in!!!  I was on a different challenge that is ending soon so this is perfect timing.  I think I'm going to miss my goal by a few pounds so now I'll have to shoot for the end of February.

Current Weight: 117

Goal by end of Feb: 113

(yes, it's not 6 lbs, but I'm trying to be realistic and take my track record into account--I'll be very happy with 4 lbs lost by the end of the month)

current weight : 170 lbs

Target (by 29th feb) 165 lbs

overall target : 140 lbs

Great idea! That's exactly how much I was looking to lose!

I feel about the perfect weight at 118 and I could use some accountability for losing it.

 

6 pounds would be great for me!
I am 5'8'', 136 pounds.

I would like to get down to 132 by the end of February and hopefully 128 by the end of March.

Ultimate goal: 125 by May.

Me too, me too!! I have been kind of stalled lately so this will really help me out!!

Stats: 5'4", started at 125, down to 114/115 now. Goal is 108 so 6 pounds is all I need to lose! I'm getting married at the end of May & we're going to Jamaica on our honeymoon so I am REALLY motivated to get back down to the weight I felt best at.

Wahoo, I'm really excited!!

... i just got thru eating about 15 milk chocolate kisses about a half hour ago, though .... not the best start to this challenge!! Yell ha ha that face cracks me up.

 ? for you guys, though. I have been eating 1200 calories & finally joined the gym last week . . . do I really have to eat back the calories I burn when I work out?

i'll give this a try too. i'm at a point where i think i look ok, but at the same time, i know i could stand to loose a little, and that's the plan. anyway:

starting weight: 175 a year ago (got down to 165 for my wedding last september, and have gained a few back)

current weight: 169

height: 5'-11/6'-0"

goal: 150

That is exactly my goal! (Except for March 1)

The last time I had weighed myself, I was 135.

I am probably around 137.5 now :[ I have been doing HORRIBLY!

 I want to be around 130 By March first, or around Feb 29!

I did really well today! Ate the cals i was supposed to and didn't eat 1 single dessert! Do you think i'll lose 6 pounds by tomorrow?! lol... oh if only it was that easy!

meganmudge - it's ok... just start fresh tomorrow! Congrats on the wedding too. I love your hair cut by the way!
