Anyone want to join me and lose 6 lbs by Feb 29?

Anyone want to join me? I thought it would be a good idea to set a small goal for myself so I can stay on track for my overall goal and try and lose 6 lbs by the end of Feb. Currently I weigh 175.8 and if I lose 6 lbs by the end of Feb that would put me in the 160's!!!! I haven't been there in a LONG time. I thought we would start tomorrow with the first weigh in and then post our weights every Monday, then our final weight Feb 29 which is a Friday. Also put your height, current weight and starting weight.

ahhh - i only have tomorrow to lose weight! I haven't weighed myself all week... i'm tempted to tomorrow... hmmm Undecided

So i lost 3 pounds, not quite 6. This is the weight where my body gets stuck and doesn't want to budge. So i know these last 5-10 pounds will be a struggle Yell

Final weigh in

goal start weight: 206.2

 Last week: 202.2

current weight: 201

So I have lost a total of 5.2 lbs, I thought I may of put some on over the last week due to going home, so I'm suprised to see i've managed to lost 1.2 lbs this past week.

hope everyone has had some success this month!!

it has been a struggle this month with losing weight and staying healthy.  my family went through the evil flu which lasted a week, then we had the chest cold, and now my daughter has a high fever which i will probably end up getting too.  it has been a tough month. 

my weight has not moved ALL month (except when i had the stomach flu i lost 5 lbs, but as soon as i ate again i gained it all back) so i started doing '2 a days' this week (going to the gym in the morning and at night) and i have had some success!

Starting weight with CC == 189
Weight starting this challenge == 175.8
i went up a couple of pounds at the beginning of this challenge and was completely discouraged.
my goal weight was to get to 169.8, but that didn't happen.  :(
happy to say though that my weight did change this last week after a month of plateu.
current weight == 173.6
so i only lost a little over 2 lbs, but it is better than gaining or staying the same!

hope everyone has enjoyed this challenge and has success in the coming months!

Weight today: 120.6

So a total of 3.4 pounds in 3 weeks, which I am very happy with!Smile

I didn't make it to 6 but I got past my plateau so I'm happy!

SW at beginning of challenge: 114 CW as of this morning: 112

I think now I just need to work on toning so I'm going for inches instead of pounds!
No progress in lower weight but Body Fat% decreased and LBM increased so I'm satisfied, sorta. Good luck to everyone else.
ok. im a day late but as of this morning i weigh

 159.4 = a 4lb loss!!!!!!

starting: 163.2

which was my goal (159 by then end of feb)
