does anyone want to start a new goal?? Maybe until Valentines day or St. Pats?
Let me know what you think, we could do the pound a week or just set ourselves with fitness time goals. I haven't figured out my goals yet but my wedding dress is in and i'm DETERMINED to have it taken in at least a size so its timeto really start kicking my own butt.

Last friday 1/16 I got my "assessment" at the gym and it said 220. My goal is to be around 190 by my wedding in July.
What day do you want to do weigh-ins/stats for the week? And do you have any goals for the month (2)?
Ok so i started a Biggest Loser thing @ my fiancee's work and yesterday was the weigh-in. I weighed in @ 219!!! WOOT an actual lb, i know it sounds silly but hey its a pound and I'm out of the 220's now I have to get out of the 210's!! We are gonna win this thing!

I started at 260 but have lost 5 pounds so far this pass month. I need a challenge or goal to keep me going.
Hi, I am in too, I have to loose at least 35 pounds untill christmas, I will go back home and ohh boy my mom and inloves won't take me to any restaurant if I can't loose the weight:)

I'm new here - weight about 220 lbs (5'3", female) - and yeah, I would love to join a challenge. I'm a size 20W, and I would really like to lose at least one size by Christmas, and one more by Valentine's Day.
