anyone wanting to go from 140 down to 120?
I am in serious need of motivational people! I really want this so badly I can taste it.
I weighed in at 141 this morning but I really don't know how accurate that is. My ultimate goal is at least 125. Won't take any less than that but I am pleased with any kind of positive change.
I would love to do Tuesday weigh in's. I am in a workout program with a girl at work and that's when we do ours.
I'm not too big on the calorie counting thing. Too time consuming for someone with NO time. I do watch closely what i am eating now and have cut my portions. I work out everyday even if it's just a walk for an hour.
Weekends are rough for me so any additional help with that would be great.

Im at 141 and also want to get down to 120's. Im 5'3'. However it seems so difficult to lose weight even when Im eating about 400 calories under what I burn and working out 4 days a week for 45 minutes. Have any of you experienced this? It is so frustrating!

I'll join. I'm at 140 (down from 155# 6-1/2 weeks ago). I want to be 120 as well. I'm 5'6" and trying to (and thus far succeeding) lose 2lbs/week. I do really well by counting calories, but at the moment not so good on the exercise. Will work on that soon, but for now just happy to be going down on the scale, not up!
Yes this is me also. I am in the same place and wanting the same goal. I had a success getting down to 125 a year ago, but when I got a ruptured disc in my neck I just blew my diet and gained it all back. I am seriously depressed about it and well....I am trying again.
I'd love to join in on this. I'm at 144, hoping to get down to 120 (to begin with, anyway... I'm pretty short!) I'm 5'2" so eventually I'd like to be about 110 but for summer at least I'd like to be 120.
Do you all want to do weekly weigh-ins? Whatever day of the week it works for each, so long as it's weekly?

i'm 5'2 and 146 now. i'd love to be 125 by the end of the summer.
just being able to have to buy shorts or jeans in a SMALLER size would be nice.

I only weigh days when i have a 7:30 class so I haven't weighed since yesterday but i was 139.8 and am looking at anywhere around 130.. i would love less but i want to make my goals realistic for me! Oh an I'm 5'3 and weekends and nights kick my butt!
Sounds good Melness! I do Wednesdays. Actually, I'm kinda funny about how I weigh in. I don't count my weight until I've held it for a week (weird, I know, but it works for me), so last Wednesday I was at 143lb. and this week I'm holding 141lb. and get to count it this coming Wednesday. (Explanation since I posted my weight at 140lb. earlier. I've seen it for 4 days now, but doesn't count yet). Anyways, will post on the 30th.
Welcome Bovenkamp! How exciting to see the 130's!! I got a peek at 139 last Wednesday and was so psyched. I know I have a long way to go but.... YAY!! 130 something looks so much better than 150 something!!
hello there, i weighed myself today to start this, and in midday after eating already the scale said 146, but i was 143 a few days ago...my goal is at least 130, but i'd absolutly LOVE to be at 125! Let's get started!! I had a baby last april and my goal was to loose all the pregnancy wt by his first birthday....it didnt happen!! so good luck to us!
Oh can I please join too! I am 5'4" and I have gone from 140 to 135 since January (obviously slow going) and I need the support! I am trying to get down to at least 125/120. I am totally in!
