anyone wanting to go from 140 down to 120?

I am in serious need of motivational people!  I really want this so badly I can taste it. 

I weighed in at 141 this morning but I really don't know how accurate that is.  My ultimate goal is at least 125.  Won't take any less than that but I am pleased with any kind of positive change.

 I would love to do Tuesday weigh in's.  I am in a workout program with a girl at work and that's when we do ours. 

I'm not too big on the calorie counting thing. Too time consuming for someone with NO time.  I do watch closely what i am eating now and have cut my portions. I work out everyday even if it's just a walk for an hour.

Weekends are rough for me so any additional help with that would be great.

OOhh, yes birthdays are bad.  I love cake.

I'm doing really well; I saw 141.5 today and i was 144 last sunday so I'm pretty excited.  My goal for Tuesday was 142, so I will definitely make it.

Also, today is my maintenence day which means I get to treat myself just a little.  I had fried eggs and toast for breakfast!  I'm using the diet my doctor gave me, so it's limited cals 6 days a week and maintenance cals one day a week.  What a difference!

Lozzle, you'll be ok.  Don't beat yourself up.  Today is another day and you can do it right.

loz, you have 2 birthday parties coming & you are already at 138?  maybe ttom is coming or something...  too much sodium?

the good thing is that it's fresh weight, so it should come off easy enough.  :D  you can run it off!

wow amber!  you are doing better than your goal, huh?  that's awesome!  that must be a good diet you're on from your doc.

Maybe, snow, too much cake. Beer. Chips. Fish - fried. Beer. Beer. Chocolate. Pasties.

Yeah - my week has sucked.

Oh me too!  Must get back on track! Bad weekend!  My triplets turned 8 + 20th high school reunion picnic = = cake, cake, cake, pizza, fried chicken, potato chips, rolls, brownie, cookies, ice cream!  I feel like ****! Ugghhh!

137 here, but that's ok.  i just keep maintaining & that's right in the middle of my range.  i'm heading down though.  i walked 6 miles yesterday & 5 miles today.  i've been eating great for a couple of days too.

edited:  135 today!  :D  WooHoo!!!

Oh my!  What a horrible week of eating and no exercise for me!    Well, every day is a new day so I'll try to get started again today...

137 today.  probably the same as last week.  i don't even remember.  i did get back down to 135 on friday though.  hehe 

i really think i'm gonna work on having 134 as my high instead of my low for this maintaining crap.  i just hate seeing the 140's now & then.  :(

I know what you mean.  I lost 20 pounds at the beginning of the year and once I hit 140 I just did maintenance for a few months; it got frustrating that I couldn't seem to get below 140.  I'm there again now, it seems my body doesn't want to go for my goal with me.  I hit 139.5 one day last week and it was so exciting.  I can't wait until I never see another 140 number again, I don't like them either! 

yep...  i don't want to see 140, even if i weigh myself at night.  i want it gone forever.  that would be so cool to weigh myself with my clothes on & still be under 140.  hehe 

i'm really close!  it just depends on what i eat & how much i exercise.  :D  i need to lose really slow, too, so i don't upset the family.

136 today, but it was a high calorie, high sodium day.  i'll most likely be up again tomorrow.

135 here...  i'm trying to average 28 miles of walking this week.  i did 31 last week!

no chocolate?!  lol  i'm eating more chocolate!

135.2 - (Tuesday) we'll see if there is any change in the morning, I don't really want to weigh myself when I've eaten and such.

So... hopefully it'll be down a little bit!

yeah...  i suck too  :(
