I am in serious need of motivational people!  I really want this so badly I can taste it. 

I weighed in at 141 this morning but I really don't know how accurate that is.  My ultimate goal is at least 125.  Won't take any less than that but I am pleased with any kind of positive change.

 I would love to do Tuesday weigh in's.  I am in a workout program with a girl at work and that's when we do ours. 

I'm not too big on the calorie counting thing. Too time consuming for someone with NO time.  I do watch closely what i am eating now and have cut my portions. I work out everyday even if it's just a walk for an hour.

Weekends are rough for me so any additional help with that would be great.

Gah. Today has been a badd day. We'll see the effect in the morning! haha.

At least though, on the plus side, I haven't really gained too much!

Mind you, I'm going out tomoz night, so, that'll prolly not be so great!

I really hope that I'll be 133 by the end of Novemeber, not a had task by any means! That would be really good!:)

Meh, mind you, I'm like, probably going to be going up later on, like, tomoz or something. I'm going out tonight, halloween party, I will be a witch! lol. But, it means drinking and what-not!And that means lots of calories!

There is one up side of being hung over - my need to eat dies. LOL.

mind you, it's early yet, and I've had 600 calories, but for me, thats quite good so far. Meh, if I eat any more bread though!!! I'll think I'll pop.

It's really cold here, it's horrible! Horrible, rainy and cold! Miserable weather!

Snow, I know I'll see 133 soon! I just can't wait for when I do! It'll be great! 9 and a half stone would be brillaint! Not been that light since I can't remember!

yep!  it sure is great losing, huh?  :D  maybe we can hit 133 together.  i doubt it.  i'm going to vegas for a week on the 8th, so i'll probably gain about 5 pounds. 

of course, i'll try not to.

Well, I drank alot over the weekend, it was expected, I weighed myself on sunday morning but I'm not counting it, lol, - I had been to the cinema saturday night and ate lots of popcorn. I bet it was sodium R-US, haha!

It'd be cool to hit 133 togeather...

Lost one pond. I wish I had made 136, but, I am one pound closer.

I wish I could make 133 with you loz and snow!  Of, course it will take me a little longer:)  But I should be there in about three weeks or so.

i just got back from vegas & i'm up, too.  i guess it was worth it, though.  hehe  you don't go to vegas every day!  :D

at least it's fresh weight, so it should come off quick enough & only if i behave now.

3 months loz?!  LOL  no way!  you gotta get down before the holidays so then when you gain, it won't matter so much.  :D

i must have been delusional the other week, thinking i'd hit 133 in just a few weeks. 

i didnt lose anything this week.  But I did maintain!!!!!!!!

I know exactly what it is; the jalapeno garlic artichoke dip and pita chips.  it's also done wonders for my breath...:)

Seriously, i think im hitting a plateau.  im taking 3-4 days off and re evaluating my workout.  i think i need more aerobic.

at least you didn't gain!  :D  that's pretty cool.

hmmm...  i think i was 138 last week.  i forget.  lol  i'm just maintaining anyway, but 138 today.

i totally forgot it was weigh in day!

don't work out too hard or you'll have to eat more.  hehe
