Hi, i am 30 years old 5, 3 and weigh a whopping 130.5lbs. I want to be 120 by my birthday in June. i will do great with eating for a few days adn than blow it:( I exercise everyday but really hate being 130. Oh, and i have a 15 month old that keeps me very busy. any suggestions? i need to stay within 1200-1600 calories a day.

Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions. I suppose if I had suggestions I would have already gotten the last 10 lbs. off!

Me too: 5'3". I am on my last 5 lbs. I excise 4 days every week but do a lot of different things: long hikes (3-4 hrs), jog (45 mins), volleyball, pilates, and indoor climbing. I try to eat more fiber and protein. I eat much less carb now (still around 50%). I think my progress has been good: 1 lb per week for the past couple of months
My suggestions: more cardio, diversified exercise programs, less carb, and more protein. Oh, zig zag too.
It is a little tricky with a newborn baby. However, just by taking care of him, you burns a lot of calories :)

I started dieting when I was 131 pounds back in September. I am now down to 114.5
I follow the curves diet, you can find the book at amazon.com.
I get around 1600 calories, 180 carbs, 45 fat grams, and 129 protein grams. I think it is a really good balance of carbs and protein. I follow the higher carb diet but they do have a lower carb higher protein diet. It's a great book and it has taught me a lot.
I'm only 5' and would like to be at 110! I've really only dieted for 4 months. I took Nov - Feb off! I also cheat lots on the weekends:-)
