Has anyone water retention since starting diet??
Hi everyone, I just had to ask this question. I've noticed that since I've started minding my food and trying to get some exercise in my legs are swelling. I know it's water cuz I can feel it pulling in joints, muscles and skin when I bend my knees.
I've started taking herb tablets that I took before after giving birth, I'm just wondering if it could be from the diet etc. or just something that had to come up. Anyone else have this problem?
Btw I drink approx 2.25 ltrs of water daily.
Have you been watching your sodium? The limit is 2400mg. I usually keep mine around 1500-1800mg just so I have some leadway.
On a good diet day between 300 - 900 on a pig out day 2700
Is it possible I'm not getting enough salt for this to happen?
I think we need atleast 500mg, Or we retain water as well.
