anyone do winsor pilates?

hello fitness world!!!

saw an infomercial on winsor pilates yesterday, looks very effective, wanted to see if anyone has tried, is using, and reviews before i buy... looking forward to hearing your feedback, thanks!!

I have the winsor pilates I like the dvds but there were a couple exercises that are tough on the back.  I prefer to my pilate dvd's from Giam (brand name) for weight loss.  I got results from doing that and also Taebo (I alternate days).   

thanks angelaq!  i went to the website but it looks like you have to sign up for a membership and they send new dvd's every month?  i don't think i want to do that... so i'll probably look for them on ebay. 

Yeah I saw that on the website, I believe I got mine at Walmart or Target. 

I haven't gotten to try them yet. I purchased winsor pilots though. But, my player broke so I have to wait till I can get a new one.

From what I've heard though it's great for your core. I'm curious if it helps your flexibility too like yoga.
