my psychiatrist took me off prozac and put me on zoloft. today was my 1st day taking it, and it's supposed to take at least 2 weeks to work.. so i have no clue what to expect.

does anyone else here take zoloft? does it give you more energy? how long did it take to work?

i was on it for about a year didnt seem to give me any extra energy. If anything it made me feel alittle foggy. My results may however not be typical.

I have been taking Zoloft for about 2 months now. I really like it. It has helped calm me down a ton and has given me more energy at the same time. Its kind of hard to explain but I have three friends that are on it as well. They all take theres in the morning because they feel that it helps give them energy in the morning. I personally started to take it at five in the afternoon and it has seemed to work for me. I find that if I forget to take it and end up taking it right before I go to bed, I have a hard time falling asleep. I guess you just have to find out what works best for you! I havent had any side effects from it, and my friends havent really either. I hope it works for you! Let me know if you have any other questions!
