Water and coffee.

garlic and adobo

Water :)

water, gum, most spices

Well, now it's everything - I managed to wean myself from logging.

But when I did, I didn't log equal, spices, water, iced tea, gum, or sugar free candies.

I don't always log sugars/sweeteners.

gum, spices, splenda, drinks that are like 5 cals a serving, etc. Oh, & veggies if there isn't a substantial amount

MUSTARD!! unless I use cups of it, I guess.

Water, coffee, tea, garlic and other spices.  And I don't worry too much about low cal vegetables like lettuce, raw spinach, cucumber, etc.  (I always have a little handful of something raw and green after a meal to cleanse the palate, which I don't log.)

Interesting post!

I don't log multi-vitamins, water, tea (unless it's sweetened), spices (except salt), or extra vegetables.

water and spices.

water and tea

water, diet tea, gum, 5 calorie jello, spices

Water (no calories = no point) and gum, and anything really small (less than 5 M&Ms, a couple chocolate chips, a potato chip or two, etc.) that probably wouldn't amount to more than 15-20 calories.

I do, however, log my multivitamin, just for the percentages of the various vitamins and minerals in it, not for the calories.

water, garlic, omega 3 supplements, vitamins, gum, splenda, tea, sugar free candies :)

water, diet coke, spices, salt and pepper and sugar free gum.

How do you log your vitamins? I started taking Women's OneADay since dieting. I didn't see them listed in the database or any other multi-vitamins for that matter. i'd kinda like to log them for nutrient.

0 calorie beverages, spices, low cal veggies, low cal condiments.

Gum and diet soda

I don't log gum, spices, low calorie veggies such as lettuce, condiments, (Except for soy sauce because I watch my sodium...), multivatamins, tea, nonfat short lattes, or water. I am pretty casual about logging and alot of times just keep track in my head.
