could anything else be happening?
You will prolly all ask my stats so they are on my profile..
now...i have had my thyroid checked..its fine..
i weighed 153 at my highest..lost steadily to 125 felt great and stayed there then went up gradually to 148 and thats honestly alot now that NONE of my clothes fit im "fatty"er than i was at 153 and i feel absolutly gross and uncomfotbale..could ANYTHING else be wrong? because i am eating enough i kno my BMR and everything, i eat healthy 95% of the time once in a great while ill have something sweet and usually its in mmy calorie range maybe sometimes a TAD over..
my exercise level is between sedentary and light.. i definitly wouldnt go as far as saying light.. but not sitting ll day either..
ive tried many things.. i tried eating how i did when i lost weight, and nothing happens..exercise/run nothing happens..and measuring out food..or diet pills ..nothing
im becoming slowly depressed over this..i really want to be happy and comfortable again.
Perhaps when you lost weight before, you lost muscle. Then when you gained it was pure fat. Muscle raises your metabolism, so the muscle loss lowered it. This is especially likely if you lost weight quickly or dropped your calorie intake too much while losing it.
If this is the case, you have to start exercising now. Find some kind of resistance/weight training you don't mind doing. There are many options, gyms, videos, boot camps, swimming. Find something you can stick to. Build up some muscle while keeping your food intake the same as it is now.
Well my DR said i lost fat because of how where my BF% was..but i am in college and taking a fitness center class starting 3 times a week soooo we alternate between naughtilus and aerobic days, so maybe that will help for exercise and i will up my calories on those days.
i dropped the weight before pretty steadily and slow and ate 1200-1250 calories a day and felt great.
i dont have any other time besides my gym class to exercise except crunches at home, cuz i go to work and school full time so im exhausted alot..
i dont think my body could be happy at this weight because i get sicker now, and i cant run and im jus so out of shape im tired so much..
i need to get back into the scheme of losing weight reguarlly again..
...??
When you say you're eating healthily 95% of the time, what sort of foods are you including?
It could be that you either need to boost the nutrition content of your diet or... and I know you don't want to hear this... increase the amount you eat.
I lost quite a bit of weight before summer, then somehow it all kinda went back on, I'd stopped calcounting at this point thinking if I exercise a little everyday, I can eat what I want. But as I'd been going to the gym, my muscles got more prominent and so I was generally bigger at the same weight. I also had exams and was stressed, my period was late because of that... 2wks later I'd dropped 7lb in water weight! So part of it could be that...
