anything planned when at goal?

When I reach my goal of size 16- I am getting my belly button pierced! My husband doesn't want me to but I will be wanting to wear half shirts and showing off the "new " me.  (that is- if it is flat enough to actually see the piercing! ) I just keep imaging something pretty from my navel:).... perhaps if I had done it the last time I was at that size- maybe I wouldn't have "slacked off" and gained back over 100 pounds! I think it will help with the motivation to keep at my healthy "habit" 

Haha. You know what's funny? I have that same thing in mind! I have a few friends who are always wearing half top shirts and I'm sittin here cursing them for their great mid section.

Maybe I can make that my goal. If I can lose enough weight in the belly, that'll be my gift for myself! That can be my motivation. :) (Although I'll probably get stopped at every metal detector with all these piercings I have... two ears, nose, tongue, lip next... then belly button... haha)

When I get to my goal, I am going to get myself a BIKINI, a "little black dress", and go on a shopping spree to Victoria's Secret!  Of course, I'll have to get a lot of new clothes, but those are my special rewards. (It doesn't hurt that my mom works at VS, and can get me a gift card to use at 40% off)

I am going to run up and down the beach in my tankini (child birth x3 has ruined me forever for the bikini I am afraid! Stretch marks upon stretch marks!!) I am going to buy myself some skirts for sure for summer, and as a joint reward/birthday gift to myself in celebration of turning 40, a tatoo.  No belley button piecings for this girl - I think they look very nice but the thought of having it done to me, makes me feel very weak!!  ssndl1106, your children are very beautiful (as iare their parents of course!)! 

I'm getting a tattoo on the back of my shoulder so I can show it off (my new muscular shoulders lol) with something pretty on it :)

Roxanne, thank you. :) I'm with you on the stretchmarks... I'm totally there... But they're not that bad really... At least they're lighter than when we first get em! Whew. As for the whole tankini thing, you go girl, just never try getting me in one! haha.

Darn you girls! All this piercing and tattoo talk got me fiening for another tattoo and that lip piercing I've put deep in the back of my mind. (4 months new into a promotion... still trying to test what they feel about the tongue and nose piercing I have... don't wanna go overboard haha)

I've never even set foot in VS, but after hearing all of you talk about it, I am thinking that maybe that would be a good idea for my reward.  Any suggestions, since I don't have an unlimited budget?

I am thinking of getting a vine tattoo around my upper arm - I saw a girl have that and thought it looked very pretty and feminine.  I have also been trying to think of something symbolic to represent my three children but am coming up blank!!  I don't judge people with earrings everywhere but I do think OUCH!!!  to myself! :) Especially those one through the eyebrow - makes my eyes water just thinking about it! 

cg, they have these gorgeous night gowns there. VERY sexy. Silk, spaghetti strap, and lacey... Comes with matching silk robe... I have two sets, very comfortable and did I mention sexy? :) Get one!

Rox, I have my son's name on my back on a banner held by two pretty butterflies... I've been planning (for two years... talk about a procrastinator) to put an additional banner with my daughter's name right underneath and have it connect to the butterflies as well... Maybe something like that for your kids?

As for the arm tattoo, go for it! Just like a diet, it's painful, but once it's done, you're proud of yourself for getting through it! :) I have one on my arm, it's a rose w/ some tribal. You can actually see it on my pic in my profile. It's kiiiinda viney if you wanna consider tribal to be viney. hehe. :)

I am going to wear a bikini, IN PUBLIC!!! I live in Orlando, FL. home of theme parks, so I want to go to a water park this summer and not feel uncomfortable in a bikini.

I like that!  I was even thinking of having their names be the vines somehow - so from a distance it looks like vines but up close you can see it is their name forming a circle on my arm!  One of my daughters is very artistic, I might have her try to design it and see if it looks good.  I am sort of afraid to go but my girlfriend just went on her 40th and she said it didn't hurt too bad at all - she got hers on her back up by her neck.  I have to July to talk myself all the way into it and to come up with something....

jen- that piercing will show just fine, that's when I got mine done <g>  Go for it, but remember to keep it VERY clean (it's harder when you're still carrying a little belly pudge.  Just remember this story- when I got my nipple pierced (don't wince, it wasn't bad) I saw a girl leaving the place IN TEARS cause she was TOO THIN and didn?t have a deep enough belly button to get pierced. So get yours done before you waste away to nothing!

Cg, VS has AWESOME sales a couple times a year. You could go to their website and get on the email list so you know when they are. BINS of cute discontinued stuff for $2-$20. Way better than the $42 bra I splurged on last night (my mommy gives VS gift cards too!).

I have rewards about every 10 pounds, it keeps me from thinking about how much farther I have to go. The bra was the latest one. Next reward is new jeans (expensive, trendy ones). After that, my BF promised me a leather jacket...

rox, that vine with the names sounds awesome! I wish I had that idea. Ya, you should get it! I actually have one on both my back/neck (where your friend has it) and one on my right arm. I'll tell you though, the arm does hurt more. I don't know if it's cause the one on my back only took 15 minutes, or if it's cause the one on my arm took 3 hours... but that did hurt a little more. So you might wanna consider that when thinking about where to get it. :) Basically, the more muscle, the more it hurts! Oh, and don't take a break... once you give it time to breath, it gets sore and red, and you'll be wishing you never stopped...

I have been thinking about getting a tatoo done too- I have been wanting to have my old dog Malcolm who died a couple years ago- having his face tatooed somewhere- probably an arm- but now you all have me thinking about having my daughter's name tatooed on me too- I think she'd get a thrill with mommy having her name on my body...hm... Luckily- I have 2 arms!

my hubby is taking me to an island for vacation!  of course that's probably years and years down the road.. but i can still see it down the road!  :) 

I was thinking to join a pole dancing class just to keep myself in shape and more confident, and maintain my weight... 15 more pounds to go!! WOO HOO!!! My hubby doesn't really like the idea of me pole dancing, but its just for a work out!! I SWEAR!!

I don't think they would even offer such a class in my small hometown!

I'm going on a girls weekend to Vegas when my friend and I hit -10%. 

Other than that - new clothes for me!  (Maybe new lingerie for hubby...)

We are planning to go to Italy next May 2007 and I should be at goal by then!!!   And when we go to Italy I will definitely be shopping for clothes!!!  We usually go every 2 years and I have never been able to get too many clothes before so I gotta say I am looking forward to that!!!

By my 27th birthday I should be at my goal. I want to buy a pair of black leather pants! It has been my dream outfit since I was like 17...every year I would dream about it as I stuffed icecream down my throat...but 27 will be the year!!!!! yep Yep Yep!!!

I've promised my hubby that we will go on a backpacking trip in the
mountians to camp out under the stars.  Right now I've got enough
of my own extra weight to carry around that adding a back pack would
kill me.
