Perfect for using all those apples I buy when they go on sale! WOW, IO just baked these for the first time today 18/01/09 and it is so yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cake - ONLY 2 Weight Watchers Points

1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg whites
3 small apples, peeled cored and diced
3/4 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Apple Cake - ONLY 2 Weight Watchers Points

Combine ingredients and bake in a sprayed pan for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
