| 3 | tbsp white flour |
| 3 | tbsp brown sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 | cup 100% whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | cup white sugar |
| 1 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp ginger |
| 1/4 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 1/8 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1 | large egg |
| 6 | oz yoplait french vanilla yogurt |
| 1 | large chopped apple |
- Mix white flour and brown sugar and set aside
- Mix dry ingrediants
- Chop in butter and applesauce
- Beat egg and mix with yogurt
- Add to dry ingrediants
- Cut in apples
- Don't overmix... should be lumpy
- 400 deg for 15 minutes
