| 4 | apples |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp margarine, becel |
| 3 | tsp cinnamon |
| 3/4 | cup quick oatmeal |
| 2 | tbsp brown sugar |
Peel and slice apples, toss with lemon juice. Place in a baking dish. Dust with 1 tsp of cinnamon. Mix melted margarine, oatmeal, brown sugar and remaining cinnamon. Place mixture on top of apples. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
