Apple Crumble Recipe

low cal/nutritious version of a favorite recipe

Ingredients
6 apples
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 oz wheat Germ
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp splenda
Directions
  1. core & thinly slice apples

  2. mix applesauce & apples until evenly coated

  3. place apple mix in a 12x8 baking dish

  4. mix dry ingredients in bowl

  5. drizzle in oil & molasses to dry mix until evenly absorbed

  6. sprinkle mix over apples

  7. bake 30 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven

  8. cut into 8 sections & serve warm
