apple & ginger smoothie

Ingredients
100 g yogurt
1 apple
1 tbs fresh ginger
100 ml milk
Directions
  1. chop and deseed apple

  2. peel ginger

  3. place in a blender with yoghurt and milk

  4. blend together and drink

  5. healthy, nutritious, filling and low fat!
