Apple pie

Ingredients
3 lbs apples
1 package pie crust mix
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. peel, core and slice apples

  2. toss with sugar and cinnamon

  3. put in baking dish

  4. top with pie crust

  5. bake at 375 until done - 1+ hour if it's thick
