| 1 | package pie crust mix |
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
- peel, core and slice apples
- toss with sugar and cinnamon
- put in baking dish
- top with pie crust
- bake at 375 until done - 1+ hour if it's thick
