Does anyone have any recipes for a smoothie with apple in it? And I mean actual apples not apple juice or apple sauce, I really need one by tomarrow morning :)

I am not sure if you have or want to use banana's or orange juice but this might be a start.
- 1 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 Gala apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk. Blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.
Here is another idea.

- 2 egg whites, pasteurized from a carton
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 7 ice cubes
- dash of cinnamon, or to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet, mix, and enjoy!
Does this help? I would think you could modify it as you would like. Probably leave the egg whites out to if you wanted.
Thanx for the replies, and I'm a vegan Salome190 so no eggs for me :) Here's all the fruit I have to use:
Oranges, apples, peaches, pineapple, mango, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, and dried apricots.
Does that help? I don't have any juice, but I do have Soymilk

I usually throw it all together and hope for the best. You mean I'm supposed to be using recipes for this?
Last few smoothies I made with a lil bit of 8th Continent Fat Free Vanilla Soy Milk. That was a good addition. Adds good protein too!
With your list, I'd go with apple, oranges, and strawberries. those 3 sound like they should be together...
Guess I'm not much on recipes. I'm more of a dump, dump, stir and enjoy kind of cook.

yeah for smoothies i pretty much stick to this (and some part should probably be frozen to give it a thicker consistency):
milk (or soy would work too)
vanilla or plain yogurt
banana
+ whatever (insert apple here?)
you'd probably want some type of berry too my "whatever" is usually strawberries, or sometimes peanut butter, and sometimes oj + vanilla. mmm
