Not quite sure...Why not just try the Weight Watchers menu? The calories are listed right on the menu!!
ooh really? where do i find that menu?
They should have the calorie content at http://www.applebees.com
I looked and they don't have the calories for a hamburger or fries. how much do you think it would be?
A lot .
Look up hamburger and french fries on CC and guesstimate

you might try calorieking.com....

Good luck! ( I know Applebee's is not the best choice, but it's so good!:)

I'm sure it's comparable to a Fridays or something.  For the burger AND the fries.  I wouldn't be surprised if you're looking at roughly 1300-1500 calories.  Though applesbees has a lot of great stuff on their lighter menu!!

Applebees calorie counts...

http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/manufac turer/27.html

This our friendly old calorie-count.com It has calorie listings of most chain restaurantd and fast food stores.

omg thanks you guys are awesome =)

Hi, if you go to "My Account" and go into your "Eat Meter" put in Applebees it will give you the cals for their menu... You can do this for a lot of the restaurants, I went in and picked out my lunch when I went to Olive garden based on the calories before I went there.  It is a great tool not everything is in there but enough.
does anybody know if the applebees in canada has the weightwatchers menu too? i havent gone applebees for a few months, and last time i went, i didnt notice a weightwatchers menu?

I don't know about Canadian Applebee's, but I know that their burgers would be comprable to Ruby Tuesday's: http://rubytuesday.com/files/Nutrition.pdf

Unless you're doing this is a huge splurge, I'd make my own burger and fries at home (whole wheat english muffin, small turkey burger, light cheese, light mayo, ketchup, and baked fries) and go with the Weight Watchers menu at Applebee's. But be ware: low in calories doesn't necessarily mean a great choice. Their rice is white rice. Their sauces are mostly pure sugar. The shrimp/spinach salad is to die for though. I mean, to. die. for.

FYI, there is a lawsuit pending over the calorie claims for their weight watchers menu.  Apparently, they are off - by sometimes x2 the calories.  If it tastes too good to be true, it probably is!
