pretty much fat free and very easy
| 1 2/3 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 1/3 | cup , unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | cup applesauce |
| 2 | eggs |
- mix dry ingredients
- add wet ingredients and mix just to combine. do not overmix
- pour into loaf pan. bake for 50 minutes in 350 degree oven.
