| 1/4 | cup honey |
| 1 | cup whole-wheat flour (82882) |
| 1 | cup all-purpose flour |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 3/4 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1/3 | cup raisins |
- In a large bowl, beat together the applesauce, egg, oil and honey.
- Sift in the dry ingredients; stirring just to moisten.
- Stir in the raisins and divide the batter among 12 muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
