Whole wheat applesauce muffins.
| 2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | cup granulated sugar |
| 1 | tbsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 15 | oz unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1/4 | cup raisins |
Blend all ingredients through salt. Mix in applesauce and water. Add raisins. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
