Approaching the Finish Line Group: Only 20 pounds or LESS left until your goal!!!
Hello all! This is a group for those of us who have been living a healthy lifestyle for sometime now and have dropped a lot of weight. I know personally after a year of losing weight steadily, I'm finally seeing the finish line approaching. I started at 230 pounds now down to 179 with 19 pounds to go, and I'm thinking it would be nice to chat with other people nearing the end of the line. So if you're getting close to that wonderful phase of your life where you get to maintain, this group is for you! We'll encourage each other, track our progress, and congratulate each other as we meet and exceed our goals!

Hooray for Me:at least i did walk a lot. haven't managed to get a new workout plan set up yet, but i am tomorrow after i'm done wt my 1/2 day work. i did measure everything I ate so i'm sticking to my range.
Needs Improvement: a new workout plan starting on Sun;
I think the TOM's aftermarths are still not gone. so hopefully by next Thu I'll see the weight going down instead of up

Progress This Week: LOST 1.60 lbs
Hooray for Me: seems like my new workout plan is working ; i worked out on my stepper 4 times this week and burned a total of 980 cal YAY my goal was 800 cal but i increased it and might increase it more next week
Needs Improvement: those days when i don't exactly count everything ; especially when we have a lot of "couples' fun" lol oh well, at least i ate clementines and not sweets lol
Sorry, I have been gone for a while. I was away hunting for the week. Not really looking forward to weighing in on Thursday but I guess I will just have to bite the bullet. I hope you all had a great holiday.
Made it through the Thanksgiving Holiday (week) and now I'm back on track with a great sense of purpose. I am 2 lbs away from my Christmas goal and 8 pounds away from my long term goal. I may have to re-evaluate when I get to 119, we'll see.

Current Weight: 127.0 lbs
Progress since last weigh-in: -1.4 lbs
Hooray for Me: After not counting or exercising for a full week I was able to just settle right back into it. I think I may be working toward the elusive lifestyle change. My daughter took advantage of me being on a week off and we went to Chipotle (my fav fast food, which I have not eaten since June) and I just splurged, had the regular. It was awesome. Now I'm back to my new normal.
Needs Improvement: Not drinking enough water, the cold weather is making it tough for me.
Hope some of you others will surface this week also, and hopefully with something positive to report.

Thu is a weird day to weigh in; that's why i forgot; I weigh in on Sat and Mon. otherwise I don't pass by the scale...so, for me as well, next Sat ...since last week was my b-day I didn't bother wt the scale lol

Current weight: 151
Last weigh in: not sure, it's been a while.
Horray for me: I went through hunting season without gaining any weight. I have also maintained my current weight for 6 months. Not really what I wanted to do but I will take it. Considering it could have gone the other way.
Needs Improvement: My workouts have become very lax the last couple of months. I have not pushed myself at all.
Every so often I go through these slumps though. I will get out of it sometime and kick butt again. Right now is just some down time. At least I have not gained. That is what I am focusing on right now. Not gaining through Christmas and the New Year.
I've lost 54 lbs. and have 16 more to go. I've been working on it for a year.
