It is the season and i have a whole bunch of them.. i am looking for some sort of breakfest bread-muffin-cake, using plain yogurt, egg whites, but i dont like using too much sugar or artifical sweeteners. i like low call cause i like to eat alot of em and i can never tell the diff in high-cal low cal foods. Any ideas, i dont do much baking but i enjoy experimenting. Thanks. i usually eat them from the micro with cin over yogurt...better than ice cream
I use dehydrated apricots for Habanaro Jelly - (recipe is easily found online) - perhaps there are some substitutions that can be made for fresh apricots? Its a great appitizer crackers & cheese topper. The flavour is sweeter than the name implies.
However I learned the hard way to wear gloves while cutting up the habanaro peppers.... OUCH. Don't forget the gloves.
