Time to begin taking names for April's challenge.
How much can you exercise in a month? Thirty minutes every day is 900 minutes. The American Heart Association recommends at least 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise every day - so how much can you do? The American Heart Association also offers free exercise diary and links to great information on heart health Check it out.

I have a bad feeling about March's goal, but we are trying this again.

Hmm, I picked 2000 for March because I knew I would be lazy during spring break so I wonder if I could do 2500 in April because spring break will be over. I think I will try. (Thinking out loud here)
