Time to begin taking names for April's challenge. 

How much can you exercise in a month?  Thirty minutes every day is 900 minutes.  The American Heart  Association recommends at least 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise every day - so how much can you do?  The American Heart Association also offers free exercise diary and links to great information on heart health  Check it out.

Goal for April 2000
I have a bad feeling about March's goal, but we are trying this again.

1250 mins for April.

If you need timekeepers let me know, I would love to help.  You just have to let me know what to do.

Hmm, I picked 2000 for March because I knew I would be lazy during spring break so I wonder if I could do 2500 in April because spring break will be over. I think I will try. (Thinking out loud here) 2500 for April please

OMG March is half way through and I sooooo am sucking on March Challenge... How could I possibly think of April?

I am doing 1750 this month and it is working pretty well for me....is there not going to be a 1750 for April? If not i will take ...ummm...yikes 2000. But if there will be a 1750 i would prefer that :D thanks!!!
