This weeks challenge is to do interval training 4 times this week.  We are going to do 30 second intervals breaking for 30 seconds after 4 intervals.  This is our order.

cruches, bench press, criss cross abs, lunges,30 second break

jumping jacks, push ups, squats, bicept curls, 30 second break

plank, bicycle legs, arm chair drops, knee lifts, 30 second break

dead bug, pilates 100, jump rope, butterfly curls, 30 second break

airplane, butt lifts on belly, full body extensions, leg kicks, 30 second break.
