Welcome to the challenge.  This challenge equates to about .5 a week, which was doable for me when I did the January-March 31st challenge.  I loss 11.1 pounds.  I decided to start this one!

 Here's the link.  I'm doing mine on the stationary bike, although I'm hoping to get my bike back in usable condition so I can go out to the park this summer. I figure that although it will probably take me a year or more it will help keep me motivated.

Well here goes nothing.  I have an 8 day cruise in May, so we will see.

I haven't done a challenge in some time so here we go again, I really hope this works for me!

Ok, I'll join. But I made my weigh-in days Fridays, because I don't have a scale at home. I use the scale at the bank across the street from my work. Next week, I'll have to weigh in on Thursday, since we have Good Friday off Smile.

My starting weight three weeks ago was 165, and last Friday I weighed 162.5. My goal weight is 130, but my current clothes will look much better when I'm at 152.5, because I weighed around that much when I bought them, and they're tight! I gained the 12.5 lbs last March-August, and decided three weeks ago I'd had ENOUGH of feeling fat. Before March, I'd been working on getting back down to 142, my weight when I met my husband, but we had a major change in circumstances and I ended up gaining and gaining.

I'm 5'6" and 162.5 lbs as of last Friday. Tomorrow I'll weigh myself. I am also female and 28 years old.

I'm very new at this but I want to join this challenge. I've had enough of feeling lazy, tired, and fat and I can think of nothing better than starting the summer at my goal weight :)

Hi everyone.  Just wanted to let you know that we're privileged to have 1heavenlybody as our group leader.  I did the last 10 lb challenge with her and not only did she conquer the challenge, she was one of the few who logged in faithfully every week when so many other dropped out, including the previous group leader.  May we all be as accountable to each other and she will be to us.   Wishing everyone a healthy life and C U next week.

Ok, again sorry about the Friday weigh-in. Perhaps I should do Wednesdays as well? But I thought if I weighed myself more than once a week I might get discouraged.

Today's weight: 161.25. Last Friday's weight was 163, so I'm psyched.

Okay, I'm in.  I need to lose 14 lbs to get to my goal.
