I've been better about getting on my bike and exercising and at planning my meals this week and I can see the result! Now to stick to the plan and pre-plan my meals for the coming week and get back on the bike again this afternoon.

missamandak:   One thing I've noticed on the forum is that the closer you are to your goal the harder it is for the weight to come off. Keep working at it and be patient (I know -easier said than done) eventually the scale will cooperate.

Missamandak.

Tips that I can offer for you are:

  1. Weigh-in at the same time every day after using the facilities if possible
  2. Weigh-in wearing the same clothing or none
  3. Monitor when that time of the month comes.
  4. If you log your foods here on calorie count. Watch your sodium
  5. Sugars too will increase your weight
  6. Drink 8 8ounces of water

Always know your weight may fluctuate by 1-2 pounds, I'd not worry about that because the end of the journey is what really matter the most.  Every little bit of weight loss is helpful to your overall health.  Stay strong and keep up the good work.

Take care and God bless you all.

I was actually down to 248 on Thursday & Friday but I think I ate some of everything in the house yesterday plus went out for pizza for dinner so I'm not surprised I was back up this morning.  It was worth it though to be able to eat out and not mess up the kitchen fixing dinner last night after I'd spent all morning/afternoon cooking & cleaning to get ready for everyone that came over today for Easter. Unfortunately a lot of high calorie, high fat foods but at least I have a week to work it off!

I hope everyone had a Happy Easter and good weekend!

Sorry for being late. But this was my weight last Friday 4/10.

Update:  My week 2 weight is 126, + 2 lbs from my starting of 124.  I ate okay, exercised, even ran 11 miles last Friday but I gained 2 lbs - I don't know why so I'll just take it as is and watch my calories this 3rd week.
