Well Easter is over and if you haven't posted numbers for last week. Sunday is coming up! So get on the scale and see where you are! You are whats keeping this challenge alive.
Don't feel bad if you have gained or stayed the same during the first few weeks. Look at me? I haven't loss a pound, and I have been exercising and eating right everyday! So, don't fret, just keep on going, it will build up and you will later see the scale move. It does happen that way. I know! That is my weight loss story.

Welcome Chocolate and congratulations to all of those who have logged in and posted weights, whether it be a gain or a loss. Of course, you all know my sad story for this week. A gain of 3 pounds. I am working hard to get rid of it though. My goal is to be 262 by next Sunday because hopefully it is all water weight. I just don't know, but I feel awful bloated.
Well, you all have a wonderful week and make good food choices, if you can. And remember no ones perfect and neither are their eating habits! It is ok to falter if it happens.

Thanks for the welcome, heavenly. ~huggle~ I felt the exact same way yesterday, and a couple days before I weighed myself for the first time in ages and that's when I realised I weighed 130 lbs. I had put on an entire stone since last summer (meh... the college freshman fifteen monster captured me!) and that's when I decided to do something about it! I am hoping to start this week well with good choices, and I hope that you continue to stay strong! :)

Alright, I've been slacking. My weight seems to have plateaued @ 139 which is still pretty good, so I took some time off rather than stress out about it. Still exercising, but not watching what I eat. Still @ 139 so that's good, but I'm back on the wagon looking to get to 138 by next Monday.

I really think going to the gym 3x/week and doing half cardio & half weights has been helping. I also found a protien powder that I like and have been getting in more protein that way. I can tell a difference for sure!! 140s, here I come!
Anyone who has gained weight, (ME) shouldn't become discouraged. It will come off in due time, so just keep plugging at it. The best thing you can do is track what you are eating and get more activity in. Anything that gets you moving is great exercise. SO, Keep it up.
