Gained 1 lb. Not surprising with the week I had. Lots of eating out and uncontrolled eating over the weekend. Not Good! I think I'm back on track now that the weekend is over. I'm planning meals the night before so that will help. I didn't go to the grocery this weekend because I want to clean out the freezer and pantry so will have to make due with what I have available which includes lots of bags of frozen veggies. Will make a store run this afternoon for the essentials - milk, bread, more veggies if needed.

Spent the last 6 days without A/C in a third floor apartment in airless temps of approximately 86F. I think I sweated off those 2 lbs. in this sauna! A/C is finally fixed after being looked at by no less than EIGHT people! It has just this moment reached 81 degrees again & slowly going down. Cross your fingers & toes for me please that they finally have got this sucker fixed for good!
Couldn't bare to turn on the PC & make it any hotter yesterday or I would've posted then. Good luck to everyone! Hope you're all doing well with your challenges.

I didn't personally loose. I gained a pound. But I am still working towards my ultimate goal of loosing weight. Join me if you feel you want to continue on with another challenge. It will be fun!

I'm completely shocked at how quickly the weight is coming off again. After spending about 3 months hovering around the 250 mark I can confidently say that the 240s will soon be behind me as well!

This totally sux and is so frustrating. At my endocrinologist's visit last Thursday she upped my insulin and increased some diabetic meds. Good news....blood sugar has come down over the last week. Bad news.......weight has gone up 6 pounds. I wish I could say it's water weight but I have been taking my diuretic.
Total loss for this challenge: 6 pounds. For me any loss is better than a gain or even staying the same. I am planning on hanging around for your next Challenge, will be weighing in next Sunday.

I've been really lax in posting toward the end of this challenge...I'm not always near a computer in the summertime. Anyway -- this is how it all shakes out:

Total loss for this challenge: 2.2 lb. -- certainly a long way from that 10 lb. goal, but better than nothing! I'll be watching for the next "Lose 10 lb. by..." challenge. Thanks for doing this.

My doctor was a little shocked that I had lost 10 pounds in 2 months, especially since I lost it the "wrong" way (not eating right, not exercising). So, I still made the challenge overall and will join heavenly's next challenge as well. This time I want to challenge myself to lose the healthy way and not get my system all out of whack again!!
