I “pirated” this challenge from Kallikat--hopefully won’t get kicked off this forum by the moderators if I didn‘t go through the right channels--am a relative “newbie“ to this forum stuff. Anyway, if you’ve participated before, welcome back for another month! To all those who have not done this challenge (or any other) welcome aboard to any newbies!
The challenge is pretty easy.
We'll have 4 weekly weigh in's and then a final weigh in on the last day of the month and the dates will be...:

Oh geez!! Count me in! I've been out of work since Sept and return full time the middle of this month...from sitting on my butt for 6 months to laying sod and spreading mulch 50 hours a week. I'll really have to watch my exercise and calorie intake!

So I'm up a lb from last week. I think its largely due to the fact that I've had food with quite a lot of sodium and not enough water. So hopefully its just a fluke day and I'll have it down in no time!!

This is my reward for cutting back on exercise as of Mar 26. I used to have 1200-1500 cal deficits every day and had stopped losing, but since learning that was a health risk I cut back my daily workouts so my deficits never go over 943 and VIOLA! I'm making up for lost time! YAY!!
