    Quit smoking in 2002 after 30 years but can't really blame wt gain on that as I never did eat properly. Went from 176 to 130 on eating too little then gained back to 142 in Nov '07. Have been on plateau since then. Exercise 3x weekly at gym for 60-90 min with emphasis on resistance training. Final goal 128-130 or fit without flab.
