I used to weigh 300 pounts like 7 years ago. I lost 120 pounds of that in a year. so 10 pounds a month, running 3 miles a day and eating around 1400 calories a day. When I moved to NY I didn't have to run anymore cause of all the crazyness. But over the last few years I've slowly inched back up to 230 or so. So I'm back on my plan. Cool thing is I know it's going to be No problem. I did the 120 on my own with no one pushing me at all, in fact the opposite.

So if anyone needs some help around here. I'll be out running. Probably over the williamsburg bridge sometimes if anyones game. Cya
