argh weight flunctuations
Right im confused ive had a huge weight flunctuation in this past week and its not ttom or anything. Here is the breakdown of it ( sorry its a bit long )
17th oct- 8 st 10 - cal 3000
18th oct- cal 900 exercise-200
19th oct-cal 1300 exercise 350
20th oct 8st 9- cal 2050 exercise 200
21st cal-1350 exercise- 350
22nd-cal 1600-exercise 500
23rd- 8 st 10 cal 3500 exercise 200
24th-cal 1800 exercise 150
25th-cal 1450
26th-cal 1200 exercise-500
27th-cal 2250 exercise 500
28th- cal1300
29th 8 st 12 cal 1200
fri 30th 8 st 13
Sorry im just really really frustrated that I gained 4 lbs in the past week, and i dont know why i know i had a few days where i overate but not anywhere near 15000 over maintainance? also does chewing alot of gum affect weight
argh someone please shed some enlightment, does anyone elses weight flunctuate for no reason
Big weight fluctuations happen to me too - in fact they happen to most people! Don't worry, it might not be actual weight gain! It can be carbohydrate stores in your body if you happened to eat more carbs than usual. It could also be water weight if you had something high in sodium the previous day to your weigh-in.
If you're fluctuating a lot then start using a tape measure and looking at your measurements, or have a "measurment garment" (I have a pair of skinny jeans that I bought at my skinniest that are totally unforgiving). Don't just rely on the number on the scale.
thanks im just hoping it goes back down again i just get annoyed cos i generali onli lose 2lbs a month
