i am not fat, and i've lost a little weight, like almost 10lbs recently, and my arms are smaller, and leaner at the same time, but thursday night i was at a friend's for a get together and there's a picture of me dancin and my arm looks like i was once obese and have extra skin!

it was like so flabby you could just see it swangin around i was like ewwww!!!!

you know the part i'm talkin about, the bottom/back tricept parts...

like if you put your arm out and make a 90 degree angle at the elbow, like you're gna high five or somethin, and you pinch under your bicept...

the flab!!!!

whats good to tone that up some

Tricep dips, push-ups, kick-backs, etc.  Do at least 3 different types of tricep muscle toning exercises in sets of 5 @ 15 x's each.  At least 3 times a week.  Within 8 weeks, you should start to note a remarkable difference in your triceps. Only time this may not be as successful is in cases where the person has had extreme weight loss [over 100 pounds] and the skin, that was hyper-stretched is now left loose and sagging.  Muscle has memory but unfortunately skin does not, therefore, in cases like that, surgery [invasive and non-invasive] may be the only cure to sagging skin.  Your case does not sound like that so some determination, hard work and patience should give you some awesome triceps!  Good luck!

Maybe some firming moisturizers? Tighten up skin! I hate that prob too.

this is exactly my problem too!! oh push ups, guess i need to make you my friend yet again.

For push ups you should do narrow ones rather than the normal ones, so keep your arms as close to your body as you can, that will do the trick.
