theres lots you can !!
1st i suggest going to walmart and for under 15 bucks pick up 2 5-10 lb hand weights with straps..
one really good way to gain strength is to throw punches while holding the weights, upper cuts jabs haymakers high and low punches, be sure to keep feet shoulder width apart and back straight, do not** extend your arms when you punch to the point of them locking or snapping out, keep control and focus on your punches.
pushups pushups pushups!! dips dips dips!! pullups and more pushups. go on the exercise portion of this website and find different arm exercises with weights, there are alot of them and you know best what areas you really want to target,
remember that breakdancing is yes alot of arms but its even more core strength, try yoga and pilates to fine tune your inner core.
try it out tell me what you think in a few weeks :)
