My arms are hyyooooggee!!
I've recently noticed that my arms are starting to look a bit...beefy. Sort of like a dude beefy. I thought women couldn't build muscle the same as guys?? My arms disagree. I think if they were more defined it would help, but if I'm not lifting something or flexing, they just look fat. ![]()
I think I just needed to share that so I can start being more accepting of my beefy arms. Right now it's freaking me out just a little.
Did you take measurements when you started? I've noticed my arms are firmer, but the size of them hasn't really changed. I've lost a few pounds, and some of my other measurements have gone down, so maybe they just *seem* bigger compared to the rest of your body?
Yep, I think what I did included bicep measurements. I'm going to do another fitness analysis thing when I'm done with the program and then I can compare.
