ADVERT FOR A TWIN
I'd really like to know how you maintain/lose weight and how much calories you eat a day, what work-outs you do etc... so I can compare to myself.
or message me if you want =]

you dont need to lose weight =]
Seriously, did you just write what you typed " 5'2 and 105 pounds". your already underweight.

5'2" and 105 lbs absolutely isn't underweight for everyone. It's just about right for me.
That being said, I also think Sasha doesn't need to lose weight. Sasha, you mention in your profile you struggled with anorexia yet your lowest weight was only 1 lb less than you are now!
How about you maintain?!
My goal is 105 lbs and when I get there I will maintain with a healthful 1500 calorie diet. If I amp up my workouts I can take this up to 1600-1800 without gaining.

i don't want to lose a LOT more weight, but just get rid of some horried areas. and wanna know how many calories people around the same height&weight have to maintain, what they eat, stuff like that. I'm not really underweight, on this site it classifies BMI<20 underweight but that's not right, it's <18.5 so I'm still in the healthy range.but thanks =]
hi nycgirl. the thing is my heart is really bad so I'm not allowed to work out, i only walk 40mins to work and back and thats it. so i wanna know how much I can eat without putting on weight. the doctor said it's 2121cals but i don't really believe that cos I've eaten less than that and put on weight. I certainly don't look underweight, I think I look healthy but I have like pockets of fat that I wanna get rid of.
Specific pockets of fat won't go away unless you drop a lot of weight or workout both cardio and specific areas. Since you have a heart condition I obviously agree you should only workout as much as your doctor allows you to. That being said it's tough to target areas with a diet. Why not ask your doctor if you can do some weight training (like with small dumbells) for example so you can target the troubled area (whether it be stomach/abs, bottom, thighs, arms).
There are tools on this website for expenditure and allowance so you can calculate what you should eat to maintain. Plug your info in and see what it says. I would stick with 1500-1800 calories and here is a sample of what I eat to do that (though there is a lot of room to add and subtract calories by adding meat in places or removing items):
BREAKFAST:
Oatmeal packet 150 calories
Dannon Light n Fit Smoothie 70 calories
Coffee with coffeemate 50 calories
LUNCH
Soup packet 150 calories
Laughing cow cheese 50 calories
English muffin 150 calories
Cherries 75 calories
DINNER
Fiber one with skim milk 160 calories
Salad (iceberg wedge, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Just too Good dressing, small can of tuna) 300 calories
SNACKS
Special K bars 90 calories
Microwave popcorn 100 calories
Almonds 160 calories
