artichoke sub at subway

anyone know the calories in this??

I never knew such a thing existed...maybe something near the calories in a veggie delight?

I have never heard of an artichoke sub and it is not listed on their website

it's a special new sub, but it's only temporary (i work at subway). i'm guessing the chicken isn't much worse for you than the regular chicken strips, because it's basically only coated with seasoning. the spinach artichoke spread, however, is probably not too good for you. but we really don't put a whole lot of it on there, probably only about 1 tablespoon. 

I have been searching all day trying to find the calories no luck though I will just count it as 500 and call it a day I think :)
