Cardio Focus: Active Rest
If the weather is nice today, get outside and take a walk--either by yourself or with the dog. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about how fast or how far you're going.
Strength & Flexibility Focus: Full Body Strength
Beginners: Continue with the Full Body Workout & Ab workout with the extra set you added on day 37. Make sure to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
