Guide Review - Review - The Everything Pilates
Book
I'm impressed with this book. It is well thought out and gives a lot of information in an easy to follow way. The manual of mat exercises is particularly good. I'm not an advocate of trying to teach yourself Pilates, I really think one needs an instructor, but I do think this book is an excellent support for at home practice.
