I lost 40 pounds and now I'm 5'8", 123 pounds. Does that sound right?
Answer
Your weight of 123 pounds is slightly below the normal range for your height. The low end of the range is reserved for women and small-boned people and the high end is for men and naturally large-boned, muscular people. To maintain an artificially low weight, you'll have to follow a carefully planned diet, a vigorous training schedule and learn to tolerate chronic hunger. Is it worth it?
